How do I identify my Beats headphone?
Expand the headband and look inside the slider above the earcup — Beats made after 2014 print the model number there (Solo Pro uses the left side, most others the right). For earbuds like Powerbeats Pro, the serial is inside the charging case lid; Studio Buds and Fit Pro print it on the bottom of the case.
On an iPhone, you can also go to Settings, then Bluetooth, and tap the information button next to your Beats, or enter the serial at Apple’s coverage checker to get the exact model name.
