Open the Home app, tap your HomePod, then tap the Settings gear and scroll to the bottom — the Model and Serial Number are listed there, just below the manufacturer name.
The model number is also printed on the bottom of the HomePod itself, though on the HomePod mini and 2nd-generation models it can wear off over time. The original box lists it too.
