How should I prepare my iPhone for sale?
  1. Backup your iPhone to your computer or use Apple's iCloud Backup Service.
  2. Erase your iPhone and confirm that Find my iPhone has been turned off.
  3. If your carrier is Verizon or Sprint, give them a call and remove the device from your line.
  4. Remove any case or screen protector from the device as scratches or cracks could be hidden underneath.
  5. Remove your SIM Card to use with your new device.

What happens after I ship?

You can track the progress of your package using the tracking number on the label or via your account. Once we receive your package, it gets scanned into our system before day's end. This initiates our notification system which will keep you posted throughout the process via email and SMS (if selected).

How do I find the model of my phone?

Android Phones


1. Click the Menu button and select System Settings
2. Scroll down through the list toward the bottom
3. Tap About Phone
4. Locate your model name and number in the list

Devices with removable batteries also include the model number under the battery. Remove the battery to reveal the model number.



Older Samsung, HTC, LG, Motorola, and ZTE


1. Remove the back cover
2. Remove the battery
3. Your model number will be printed on the inside of the phone, usually on a white label



Nokia Lumia


1. Go to Settings
2. Tap About
3. Your model name and number will be displayed in the Phone Information Section
