A hard reset, also known as a factory reset, will delete all information on a device and restore the software back to it’s original manufacturer settings. A hard reset should only be done if absolutely necessary as it removes all data from your device. Perform a hard reset if your LG G2 F320 Unlocked is experiencing any of the following issues:

  • Forgot your password
  • Constant freezing
  • Crashing applications
  • Touchscreen Issues
  • Can’t hear
  • Can’t make or receive calls
  • Sync issues
  • Sound issues
Step 1

 

Ensure that your LG G2 F320 Unlocked is turned off by pressing the power button.

 

LG G2 D800 AT&T

 

Step 2

 

Press and hold the Volume Down Power button, until you see the LG logo.

 

 

Step 3

When the LG logo appears, release the Power Button and quickly press it again (This is all done while still holding the Volume Down button)

 

Step 4

Release all buttons once Factory Hard Reset screen is displayed

 

Step 5

Press the Power Button, then press the Power Button again to confirm the factory reset.

Congratulations! The device has been restored to factory defaults.

 

Second Method
Step 1

Power on your device by pressing the power button

 

LG G2 D800 AT&T

 

Step 2

From the Main Menu go to Settings.

Step 3

Click on General and then Backup & Reset.

Step 4

Find and select Reset Phone.

Step 5

Click on Erase Everything to confirm. Select Ok

Congratulations! The device has been restored to factory defaults.
