A hard reset, also known as a factory reset, will delete all information on a device and restore the software back to it’s original manufacturer settings. A hard reset should only be done if absolutely necessary as it removes all data from your device. Step 1

 

Ensure that your Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N900T T-Mobile is turned off by pressing the power button.

Press and hold the Volume Up + Home Power button, until you see Samsung logo.

 

 

Step 3

 

Once Samsung logo appears, release the Power button only.

Release all keys once the Android Green Man appears

 

Step 5

 

From the Android Recovery Mode menu select “wipe data / factory reset“. Use the Volume buttons to navigate and the Power button to confirm.

On the next screen, choose “Yes — delete all user data” to confirm the whole operation.

Select the “reboot system now” to reboot your device..

Congratulations! The device has been restored to factory defaults.

 

Second Method
Step 1

Power on your device by pressing the power button

Step 2

From the Home Screen go to Apps and then to Settings.

Step 3

Click on General, then Backup & reset followed by Factory data reset.

Step 4

Find and select Reset Device (if your device has a password, please enter it).

Step 5

Click on Delete all to confirm.

Congratulations! The device has been restored to factory defaults.
